We're sorry, but calling is really the only and best way to contact us.

If we do not return your call promply, please accept our most sincere apologies and call us again.  Cake Dot takes the messages from the answering machine and sometimes gets busy with cake and forgets to return the calls.  She is definitely the worst receptionist/secretary in the world.

Also, if you call and do not reach the answering machine, it's because we are on the phone. Please try again in a few minutes.

9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,

Welcome to Cake Dots !

Cake Dots takes appointments for wedding cakes only; party and speciality cake orders are placed by phone. 

Phone hours are Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  However, if we are up to our elbows in buttercream and unable to answer the phone during our business hours, please leave a message -- the answering machine is a life-saver.  (By the way, if you call and DO NOT get the answering machine, it's because we are on the phone--please call again.)  Calls received after 4:00 p.m. will only be answered by the answering machine.

We are closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and, of course, Sunday.

All phone calls on those days will be answered by the answering machine.

All calls will be returned ASAP.

We  are  lucky  if  we  are  able  to  get  to  the  computer  once  a  week  and  we  no  longer  are  able  to  play as  we  used  to,  so  please,  please,  please  –  no  emails,  no  emails,  no  emails.
