Please note:  We are terribly ashamed to admit that Cake Dot is absolutely the WORSE secretary/receptionist in the entire world but has recently shown a little improvement (please note the word "little.")
You are really lucky if you actually reach Cake Dot answering the phone         but if she sounds like death warmed over -- especially if it's after 2:00 --  it's because she has worked her tail off and is running outa steam, plus her feet are most likely killing her by this time; just know that she will be more than happy to answer your questions and schedule a consult.  She would greatly appreciate your understanding so much.
